Schedule: Full-time | 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off!)
LACO Technologies is seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Assembler to build electrical panels and wire system components for our industry‑leading vacuum and leak‑testing systems. In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a crucial part in getting our advanced technology delivered on time to customers in aerospace, automotive, medical, and other high‑tech industries.

Requirements What You’ll Do- Assemble electrical panels and wire components for custom systems
- Read and interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams and schematics
- Lay out specifications for metal enclosure fabrication/modification
- Mount industrial electrical components (breakers, transformers, relays, contractors, terminals, I/O devices, etc.)
- Perform wiring, cable assembly, and routing
- Make wiring decisions based on experience (gauge, color, routing)
- Crimp, solder, and terminate connections
- Collaborate closely with team members while also working independently
- Use computers/software for documentation and workflow tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field
- Strong understanding of panel building and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Hands‑on skills using tools and electrical assembly equipment
- Strong problem‑solving and quality‑focused mindset
- Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or within a team
$19.00 – $23.00 per hour
, depending on experience
