• Day Shift: 6am-6pm 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends
• Night Shift: 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends

Newly Updated Pay – Associates start at $23.50 per hour. Associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones. Most associates can expect an increase within 3–6 months, depending on progress.

• Measure and mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets high standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Champion safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
• Manage materials using an ERP system, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• Work as a team, collaborating with colleagues and upholding company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Own or be willing to acquire steel‑toe boots.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
