Specialist Sourcing

This is a 9 - month contract assignment

As a Specialist of Sourcing, you will support procurement functions across North American operational and manufacturing sites by developing and executing sourcing strategies, leading competitive bid processes (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs), and negotiating/manage supply and service agreements.

• Prepare, issue, and manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate RFI gathering from engineering firms.
• Lead bid evaluations and normalization.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Finance, Legal.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policy.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering, ideally with a manufacturing focus.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement and sourcing in a large complex organization, ideally with a manufacturing focus.
• Strong RFP/RFI development and bid analysis skills
• Ability to manage and enhance supplier relationships, performance and development programs.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
