" Job description / general requirements:
This is an entry level role (we will train onsite).

Key responsibilities:

Assemble wire racks using basic hand tools and visual instructions
Disassemble racks and prepare components for palletizing
Stack, organize, and secure components on pallets
Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks with consistent quality
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area with minimal supervision
Work together as a team
o

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand for full shifts
Lift up to 40 lbs
Repetitive hand/arm motion
Comfortable working in a light industrial/warehouse environment
" Total timeframe for temps:
o Rack Assembly:
350 units
25 min/unit with a 4 person crew
Two crews in parallel ~11 working days
o Rack Teardown & Palletizing:
350 units
30 min/unit with a 4 person crew
Two crews in parallel ~11 working days
" Special requirements:
o Preferred, not required:
Basic mechanical aptitude
Comfort using simple hand tools (e.g., mallets)
