Build and assemble steel reels using bolts, hand tools, and power tools;
Support the grinding area by loading scrap reels, operating grinders, and manually cutting scrap materials;
Operate production equipment including extruder machines and assist with machine changeovers (screens, filters, temperature settings);
Work as a Downstream Operator to ensure final product quality by neatly wrapping products on reels and checking for any defects;
Conduct quality inspections, package and label finished parts, and prepare them for shipment
