Creative Part-Time Baker

Dough Miner is hiring a hands‑on, creative baker to join our morning crew.

We are known for oversized donuts, SLC™ style bagels, and our rotating Bakers Special Donut. This role is not just production. We want someone who can execute consistently and also bring fresh ideas to the table.

If you enjoy baking and occasionally thinking, “What if we tried this…,” you’ll fit right in.

This is a part‑time position at $15/hour with early morning shifts.

• Assist with daily donut and bagel production
• Prepare and bake products to Dough Miner standards
• Help develop and execute rotating Baker Special donuts
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow food safety procedures
• Support the team during morning production

• Reliable and punctual. Early mornings are non‑negotiable
• Creative mindset with interest in flavor combinations and presentation
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Bakery or kitchen experience preferred but we will train the right person
• Team player with a positive attitude
