* ** Shift
* * in our Molding Manufacturing Department. The Molding Team Lead is responsible for leading a production team, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and for maintaining a high level of safety/quality.
*
* Job Duties:

*** Manages time and attendance of production team
* Maintains communication between departments supporting production
* Establishes and supports pillars; people, safety, quality, delivery, cost while executing production goals
* Assists in setting up production lines and troubleshooting the injection molding process
* Performs root cause analysis and CAPAs
* Maintains and manages 5S in the production areas
* Trains production team on applicable procedures to the production area
* Ensures equipment and work area cleanliness
* Maintains accurate shift reporting
* Ensures documentation, manufacturing areas conform to GMP and Standard Operating Procedures at all times
* Must be a team player
* Assists in the development of employees and procedures
* Works with each employee in the area in performance coaching
* Leads continuous improvement team
*
* Qualifications:

*** Team Leadership in a Manufacturing environment preferred
* Team oriented
* Good communicator
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Willing to work overtime when needed
* Ability to work at a fast pace and is multitask talented
* Basic math and writing skills
* Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
* Experience with Oracle and Microsoft office
