Assembler - 2nd Shift

Position: Assembler I - 2nd Shift - $21.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Mon - Thurs, 3:00pm - 1:30am, OT required

What You Will Do

* Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines

* Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met

* Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately

* Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards

* Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations

* Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area

* Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes

* Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need

Preferred:

* High school diploma or GED

* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

* Familiarity with quality systems or regulated environments

* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English

* Ability to work assigned shift and required overtime, including weekends

Physical Requirements

* Frequently lift and carry 10-50 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance

* Perform repetitive motions and tasks for extended periods

* Stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed

* Use hands for fine manipulation and coordination of tools/components

* Work in an environment that may involve noise and machinery

* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

$21.25/hr + $2.00 shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
