What You Will Do
As a Production Associate I, your work will include UV Bond, packaging, operating and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of product or components.
- Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
- Using hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects.
- Follow production build rates, and schedules and meet required cycle times.
- Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.
- Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices.
- Red line documents in need of correction and assist with resolution.
- Execute validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision.
- Supports continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects.
- Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean‑up, and quality assurance of own work and work area.
Mon – Thurs 3:00PM - 1:30AM
Preferred Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Prior cleanroom experience
- Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes
- Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to discern colors
Salary: $21.25/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium, plus bonus potential and benefits.
