As a Welder-Fitter
, you will bring expertise in aluminum welding and assembly, with a proven ability to perform MIG and TIG welding at a high standard. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, international team to achieve production goals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the welding and assembly processes.

• Assemble aluminum subassemblies and structures following technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding operations with precision and integrity to complete car body structures.
• Conduct finishing work on welded components, ensuring smooth surfaces and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate efficiently within a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project progress.
• Maintain high-quality standards through inspections and adherence to production guidelines.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in welding.
• American Welding Society (AWS) certification preferred
• Process-specific certifications in MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, preferably on aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Teamwork experience collaborating effectively within a diverse, international group
