Equipment Operator

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Equipment Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18 day shift $19.26 night shift

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift

• Operate simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently
• Interpret and respond to machine faults to ensure continuous operation
• Perform basic setup and adjustments of machines, fixtures, and stations
• Ensure medical devices are assembled with high quality standards
• Complete production records, perform inspections, and package finished products

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform visual inspections and lift objects up to 20 lbs
