CNC Machining Technician — Production Precision Atlas Seals | Salt Lake City, UTFull-time | $20–$28/hourA day in this role

Walk onto the floor, power up your station, and get hands-on with CNC equipment running established programs. You’ll keep production flowing by watching machine performance, checking parts as they come off the line with calipers and micrometers, and calling out anything that looks off. As you grow, you’ll learn to set up machines under the guidance of experienced teammates. Every shift ends the way it begins—organized, safe, and ready for the next run.

What you will handle

Operate CNC machines using existing, proven programs.

Monitor runs and inspect parts to spec with calipers and micrometers.

Recognize, document, and report machining or quality issues promptly.

Train into performing machine setups; take on more responsibility over time.

Maintain safety standards and a clean, orderly work area.

Schedule Day shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (with current overtime, start at 5:00 a.m.)Swing shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (with current overtime, finish around midnight)
What you bring

Experience operating CNC machines.

Skill using calipers and micrometers to measure and verify parts.

Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

Willingness to learn machine setup procedures; prior setup experience not required.

Programming or simple program edits are a plus—not required.
