Compensation: Starting wage is $18/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Boot Solutions is transforming the way skiers experience custom bootfitting. Customers scan their feet from their smartphone, receive a personalized Custom Fit Report, and our production team uses advanced manufacturing techniques to create custom boot modifications-all without the customer ever stepping foot into a ski shop.

Built from the Powder House Ski Shop, Utah's original ski shop established in 1953, Boot Solutions combines decades of bootfitting expertise with innovative technology. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying organized, and helping build a growing startup from the ground up.

Boot Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Technician to support our daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll receive, organize, and verify incoming inventory and production materials while preparing customer orders for shipment through packaging, labeling, and fulfillment. You'll assist with production, assembly, and manufacturing throughout the custom bootfitting process, maintain organized warehouse inventory and production supplies, and help ensure completed orders are accurate and ready for delivery.

You'll safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained, follow established production procedures and quality control standards, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. As Boot Solutions continues to grow, you'll also adapt to new workflows and processes while contributing to the success of our expanding production team.

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
• Boot fitting or ski industry experience (preferred but not required).
