- Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Create clear, actionable reports using Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and measure success.
- Help craft engaging, compelling content for emails, marketing materials, and social media.
- Maintain open, consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp with a strong eye for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Use Asana to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and keep timelines on track.
- Leverage Salesforce to support CRM efforts, reporting, and data-driven decision‑making.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices, offering thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new ways to reach and engage target audiences.
- Serve as a key member of the content and quality control team, ensuring all marketing and client‑facing materials are accurate, consistent, and polished.
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles with a solid foundation in marketing principles.
- Marketing experience within financial services or wealth management required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp, Asana, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
