About the Role

The Social Ads Channel Manager oversees the performance, strategy and fulfillment of specific marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives. This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing data, and fostering partnerships to maximize channel effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned channels, such as paid media, email, social media, SEO, direct mail, storefront.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and implement improvements to optimize ROI.
  • Partner with content creators, designers, and external vendors to produce engaging, channel‑specific materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage channel‑specific budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost‑effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage the channel specific fulfillment of compliant, timely and effective tactics.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and initiatives across all touchpoints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare regular performance channel analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 1‑5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel management
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, direct mail, email, paid search, and SEO
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • A data‑driven mindset with a knack for interpreting analytics to improve results
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Certifications in relevant marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot, or Salesforce)
