Registered Nurse; Transition to Practice

Position: Registered Nurse (Transition to Practice)
The Transition to Practice (TTP) Registered Nurse Resident is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.

Major Duties:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.

* Serve in this role over the course of a 12-month period
