• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical providers, and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of an unintended medication response.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding by translating medical terminology as needed.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse).
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• One or more years of RN Med Surg experience required for PRN positions.
• Previous Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
