Compensation& Benefits
Our total compensation ranges from $275,000 to $302,000 annually, including a 14.2% employer contribution to your 401(k). We also offer a $30,000 moving stipend / sign‑on bonus to make relocation effortless. Paid time off includes 7.6 weeks (38 days) for vacation, personal leave, CME time and holidays. You will accrue twelve sick days annually (96 hours). For any work beyond your clinical commitment, you will earn $145 per hour.

- Performs preoperative evaluation by assessing staff notes, progress notes, lab work and patient histories to determine appropriate anesthetic management.
- The CRNA may order additional analyses, consultations, lab work and peri‑anesthetic medications as warranted.
- Monitors functioning of all equipment, induces general and/or regional anesthesia using established procedures and methods.
- Manages the anesthetic procedure by monitoring vital signs and other physiological indicators and adjusting anesthetic agents as required.
- Informs other medical personnel of all necessary developments.
- Oversees recovery from anesthesia by observing indicators in the operating room and post‑anesthesia recovery room, performing post‑operative evaluation.
- Makes appropriate entries in staff notes, anesthesia records, and patient charts.
Physical Requirements

Nearly Continuously: Office environment. - Often: Exposure to infectious disease, oils, hazards (chemical, mechanical, electrical, scaffolding, high places).

- Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead.
- Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Utah.
- Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills.
- PRN certification earned after completing AANA approved curriculum, 24 months of concurrent practicum experience (or equivalence), and passing the national AANA exam; bi‑annual rectification requires continuing professional practice and 40 hours of continuing education.
- Compliance with institutional immunization requirements per CDC standards; limited exemptions may be granted for documented medical or religious contraindications.
