We are seeking a full‑time Advanced Care Practitioner (PA‑C or APRN) to join our collaborative primary care team in Idaho.
- Work in a team of two providers, ensuring strong collaboration, cross‑coverage, and continuity of care.
- Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care across all ages.
- Partner with patients through education and shared responsibility.
- Enjoy a schedule of 4 clinic days per week with 32 direct patient‑facing hours, supporting work‑life balance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and engage in ongoing learning.
- Qualifications include Idaho licensure (or ability to obtain), DEA license, and preferably primary care experience. Strong communication and a compassionate approach are essential.
