Position: Wellness Nurse (RN) |

• Conduct health assessments and administer medications for residents
• Respond to changes in residents  conditions with care and precision
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers to promote safe, welcoming environments

• Current RN license
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Experience in assisted living facilities is preferred

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities.
