The role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to work in support of the nursing team in providing high‑quality care and support. Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.

• Active Utah CNA certification in good standing (or successful completion of state‑required competency evaluation within 4 months of employment)
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent SNF, LTC, or LTAC experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must achieve 12 hours of in‑service education annually as required by federal regulations
• Must meet all local health regulations, including drug screening and criminal background investigation
• Capability to maintain regular attendance and report to assignments on time
