Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and coordination with other healthcare team members, the RN ensures optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- ASN or Nursing diploma.
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Unit-specific certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Physical requirements include carrying, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pushing/pulling, seeing, speaking, standing, and walking.
Work Authorization : US Citizen
