Job Description
Rapid Treatment Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) will provide timely, compassionate, evidence‑based care to children requiring rapid assessment and intervention in a fast‑paced pediatric unit. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses to ensure immediate and high‑quality care during critical moments.
Minimum Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Additional certifications as required by the clinical setting (e.g., PALS, ACLS)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Pediatric experience
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors requiring clear verbal communication and rapid understanding, especially during emergencies.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex equipment; frequent computer use and typing for documentation.
- Expected to lift and move patients; will bend, lift, and carry supplies of varying weights, including heavy items.
- Need to walk, assist with patient transport, and operate gurneys or portable equipment, often in crowded rooms.
- May be required to stand for extended periods.
- For roles requiring driving:
Expected to operate a vehicle, reading signs and signals.

Hourly Range: $34.53 – $52.25 (dependent on experience)
