Vetted Health is seeking a RN – Med Surg for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The role offers a 12-hour shift structure with a total of 36 hours per week and ASAP start.
Pay is approximately $9,489 gross per month, with housing stipend, travel assistance, weekly pay, and comprehensive health benefits. Overtime on travel assignments pays 2x the hourly rate, and you will be paid for all confirmed shifts with protections against canceled shifts.
