Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home patient care across Monday–Friday full-time visits in the Salt Lake City area. You will work under a Registered Nurse, delivering hands-on care and coordinating with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.
Required:
active LPN license in Utah, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, plus 1 year of home health or healthcare experience. Medicare SN experience and Home Care Home Base familiarity are a plus.
