Assist the patient with feeding, drinking, ambulating, grooming, toileting, dressing, socializing and unit specific technical skills;
Collect, report, and document data related to direct patient care activities;
Assist with indirect patient care activities such as providing a clean, safe environment, transporting patients, and chaperoning the physician during examinations/procedures;
Perform unit specific duties and additional clerical duties as needed (stocking/maintaining clerical supplies);
Communicate with hospital staff, physicians, patients, families, and visitors
