Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Job Summary:

Provide specialized dialysis nursing care to patients in a travel setting, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient safety. This role involves adapting to various hospital environments within the market to meet patient needs and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient reactions and vital signs throughout procedures, adjusting care as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain thorough treatment records.
• Float between hospitals in the market, providing flexible nursing support as needed.
• Drive adherence to safety guidelines, compliance standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of acute dialysis care experience.
• Possess navy or Caribbean scrubs familiarity preferred.
• Demonstrate willingness to float to multiple hospital sites within the market.
• Show proficiency in acute dialysis procedures and patient monitoring.
• Be able to work a 36-hour workweek, including every other weekend.
• Be willing to work a schedule of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM for 16 weeks.
