• Number of Staff - variable daily, 8-12 RN's
• Shift for the Traveler -
• Type of staff: o Day Shift - (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) RN's with 1-2 orderlies
• Type of staff: o Night Shift - RN's with 1 orderly
• Patient Ratios - max 2:1
• Type of equipment - NIBP, Art Line, Chest Tubes, Tele monitoring
• EMR
  - Epic
• On Call Requirements- 2 call shifts per 4 week schedule block-weekend shifts
• Weekend Requirements: call shifts will be weekends only, holiday call required
• Weekends and On call. Any additional information
• Could be day or night shift to fulfill call requirement, 8-12 hour shifts.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• PCU level care or higher
• Previous PACU experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Experience with sedation/recovery of patients

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• We do all surgeries except for transplants, eyes, and peds.

Best personality Fit:

• Team player, motivated to help, takes direction well

REQUIRED

CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

Floating Area(s):

• Rarely to phase 2/SDS area
