The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Utah Spencer
F. Eccles School of Medicine, has an immediate opening for a Clinic Coordinator who serves as a central resource for patients, providers, and referring departments, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care throughout the Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) care continuum.
The Clinic Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Eosinophilic Esophagitis clinic and coordinate the care of patients serviced through the EoE clinic. The incumbent is responsible for managing a database of EoE patient information, including diagnoses and treatments, and coordinating patient follow-up throughout the care continuum. The Clinic Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for Emergency Medicine, surgery (both Ear, Nose & Throat and Pediatric Surgery) and Allergy, about possible new EoE diagnoses and coordinate timely evaluation and care.
The Clinic Coordinator also supports quality improvement and scholarly activities through data management, regulatory compliance, and preparation of research presentations, abstracts, posters and manuscripts.
