This Advanced Practice Provider will join Rainbow Kids, the pediatric palliative care program for Primary Childrens Network. The APP will be based at our Salt Lake City, Utah campus.
Rainbow Kids is a consultation service available to any children and families who are experiencing a chronic complex condition or a life-threatening illness. The program is here to help both the child and family deal with feelings, symptoms, and concerns during a time that may be confusing and overwhelming. Our team collaborates together and with the family to create and meet treatment goals of care.
Full time, it's anticipated you'll work an average of 4 10-hour shifts per week.

What youll bring:
Utah State license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Utah State Controlled Substance License
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
DEA Certificate II-V
Basic Life Support Provider Certification
Preferred:
Prior pediatric or palliative care clinical experience
