• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a DON or ADON in LTC/SNF
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead through transition
• Passion for helping teams succeed under pressure
