Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, comfort-focused care to hospice patients. Our team is committed to treating every patient with dignity, respect, and exceptional care.

What You'll DoAssist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and comfort needs

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes or care settings

Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse

Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Support patients and families with kindness, dignity, and respect

Follow the patient's individualized hospice plan of care

What We're Looking For Current CNA certification in good standing CPR/BLS certification as required

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or senior care experience is a plus
