We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various outdoor applications, including lawn care, and landscaping. This role requires a strong understanding of agricultural practices and the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, effectively. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper application of products while maintaining safety standards and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Conduct assessments of lawns and gardens to determine treatment needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered.
• Keep accurate records of applications performed, including product types and quantities used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in pest control and lawn care techniques.

• Proven experience in sales, lawn care, or landscaping is preferred.
• Familiarity with agricultural practices and the safe use of chemicals is essential.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for transportation of equipment and materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
