Lead a crew to perform weekly lawn care maintenance services at clients’ properties.
Responsibilities- Manage crew members to complete daily mowing route
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, string trimmer, mower, and backpack blower
- Safely transport crew and equipment from site to site
- Mentor and train crew members while adhering to company standards
- Manage crew equipment to ensure proper maintenance schedule
- Perform effective time management and tracking
- Complete paperwork and mobile applications as required
- Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction
- Experience minimum in lawn care and/or landscaping
- Valid driver’s license
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
