Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Trust & Safety Coordinator to join our Business Operations team orting to the Global Safety Director, you will help build and run the program that governs the vetting, screening, conduct standards, physical and personal safety, and site access integrity of Introl's entire workforce, employees and contract field technicians alike. Our people work inside our customers' most sensitive facilities, often unsupervised and on compressed timelines.

ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Vetting & Screening
Ensure screening programs are lawful and defensible in each operating jurisdiction (US federal and state, UK, Serbia), working with Legal and outside counsel on adverse action, disclosure, and data retention. Define and enforce re-screening cadence, badge-eligibility criteria, and disqualification and appeal procedures. Maintain evidence sufficient to satisfy customer audit and master service agreement obligations on personnel screening without a scramble.
Field & Site SafetyOwn the occupational health and safety program for field operations, including electrical safety, energized-equipment work, lifting and rigging, ladders and lifts, hot/cold aisle conditions, PPE standards, and lone-worker protocols. Establish job hazard analysis and pre-task safety briefing requirements for deployment and migration projects. Drive incident, near‑miss, and injury reporting; run root cause analysis; track corrective actions to closure. Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and the equivalent UK and Serbian regulatory obligations;
coordinate with carriers on claims and loss prevention. Align Introl safety practices to each customer's site‑specific safety program so technicians are ready on day one, not on day three.
Define standards for customer site access, including badging, escorting, visitor and contractor protocols, media and mobile device restrictions, and photography controls inside customer facilities. Establish a code of conduct for technicians on customer premises and a clear, fast process for handling conduct complaints raised by customers. Serve as the escalation point for customer trust incidents; own the customer‑facing narrative, remediation plan, and follow‑up reporting.
Support sales and account teams in security and safety questionnaires, site readiness reviews, and customer audits.
