Position OverviewWe are looking for a Complaints & Quality Handling Manager for our facility in Hildale, Utah. As the Quality Control Manager , you will be the driving force behind our commitment to product excellence and consumer safety. You will oversee the investigation of consumer complaints, manage product returns, and lead the Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) process. This role requires someone who takes full ownership of their department, leads by example, and maintains unwavering standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team growth.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Complaint Management:
Receive, document, and analyze consumer complaints regarding product performance or safety. - Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct thorough investigations into process failures, complaints and returns to identify underlying factors and prevent recurrence. - CAPA & NCR Leadership:
Initiate and oversee Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to ensure regulatory compliance. - Inventory Control:
Manage the material review board (MRB), quarantine units.
- Minimum of 2 years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred
- Strong command of Google Workspace, MS Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to perform analysis to determine root causes of issues and manage the resolution
- Ability to lead teams
- Willingness to work on the production floor when needed
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or dietary supplement or food related industry preferred
- Technical writing skills preferred
