Quality Inspector 2nd shift

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector 2nd shift to join their team. As a Quality Inspector 2nd shift, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector 2nd shift

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $20.33

Shift: Salt Lake City, UT | B2 (12 hr) rotating shift | 6:30PM-6:30AM

• Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications.
• Utilize microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to conduct detailed inspections and measurements.
• Complete 10-15 different types of inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Support procedural compliance by following all quality system regulations, including cGMP standards.
• Assist in documentation processes, including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents for electronic archival.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; AA or technical degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and operate inspection tools accurately.
