Job Title: Fabrication B (Ceramic Electrode Operator)

Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)

Electrode Operator – support and manufacture a wide variety of intricate ceramic components for production. Operate silk screening equipment, abrasive trimmer equipment and spray‑painting systems while following standard work instructions charts, tables, blueprints, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, job layouts, etc. to accomplish assigned work.

• Use basic hand tools and fixturing.
• Use PPE for appropriate protection.
• Lift at least 32 pounds.
• Read and understand technical drawings and shop orders.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Install specified tooling and set jobs up to specifications.
• Maintain the tooling inventory and ensure accurate tooling list and tool condition.
• Keep accurate completion of required documentation involved in processing of parts, travelers, logs, process control data, etc.
• Housekeeping.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Be easily trained, work well with engineering and supervisor.

• Requires developing job knowledge/skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with 0–2 years of prior related experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and data entry.
• Mechanical background.
• Good writing and communications skills.
• Basic math skills.
