Better Butter in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks an experienced Food Safety Manager to lead our food safety and quality assurance programs. This role reports to the Director of Operations and requires 8–10 years in food manufacturing with expertise in regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
You will manage SQF program, audits, HACCP, FSMA, and CAPA, develop training, and partner with production and supply chain to embed safety in daily operations.
