Job Description & How to Apply Below
Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.
Research & Development
In Research and Development, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. With nine Centres of Excellence, we continually seek out new opportunities by using science, our entrepreneurial flare and our fearless innovation to develop and enhance our existing portfolio, never compromising on quality or performance.
We do the right thing, always, by ensuring we act with responsibility and integrity, by complying with regulatory legislation across the globe, whilst ensuring our products are safe for our consumers and are to the highest quality.
The size of our organisation means you'll have the opportunity to learn and work in different functions within R&D, giving you exposure to different disciplines, teams and environments. You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.
About the role
Become the catalyst for supplier transformation as you lead high‑stakes external audits across North America-digging deep into manufacturing sites, exposing hidden risks, and setting the standard suppliers must rise to. In this role, you're not just checking compliance boxes; you're driving the entire audit agenda, from planning and execution to verifying corrective actions on‑site and ensuring every supplier is worthy of supporting our products and our consumers.
You'll be the force that elevates supplier performance-challenging partners, influencing decisions, and shaping who earns approval and who doesn't. Armed with sharp insight and unstoppable curiosity, you'll bring energy, urgency, and excellence to every audit you lead. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments, love uncovering the truth behind processes, and want a role where your audits change outcomes, this is where you'll make your mark.
This role is not currently offering VISA sponsorship or considering international movement or relocation assistance.
Your responsibilities
* Plan, lead, and execute end‑to‑end supplier audits for new and existing suppliers, including scheduling, conducting system and field audits, and verifying corrective action implementation.
* Drive closure of audit findings by ensuring timely root‑cause analysis, corrective action validation, and measurable improvement in supplier performance.
* Evaluate supplier compliance and make qualification decisions-approve, conditionally approve, or reject suppliers based on audit evidence and risk.
* Support and coordinate the broader North America audit network, conducting regional audits, tracking progress to the audit plan, and ensuring audit deliverables are met on time.
* Escalate systemic supplier quality issues to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders when audits uncover non‑compliance or QMS failures.
The experience we're looking for
* Experience conducting supplier, system, and field audits, including leading end‑to‑end audit processes for new and existing suppliers.
* Experience making supplier qualification decisions based on audit evidence, technical data, and risk criteria.
* Experience managing supplier performance, including KPIs, trend analysis, and formal performance review meetings.
* Experience supporting supplier lifecycle management, including re‑approval cycles, risk‑based monitoring, and evaluation documentation.
* Experience representing supplier quality in FMEA, Change Control, and cross‑functional reviews for projects with supplier impact
