Completes and approves final product inspection prior to release for distribution. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.##

Job Description
** Duties may include:
*** Follows written process/assembly documentation.
* Inspects final product prior to release for distribution
* May be cross-trained in additional production areas for final product inspection.
* Adheres to all safety requirements.
* Adheres to approved quality documents and maintains quality records per procedure.
* Maintains a clean work area.
* May assist in training other employees on QA inspector responsibilities.
* May assist in preventative maintenance of standard production equipment.
* May complete process audits and identify and contribute to improvements in area.
**** SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
***** Proficient in a flow of manufacturing and test requirement documents.
* Basic understanding of GMP and GDP
* Basic understanding of several business systems/concepts such as Demand Flow, Statistical Process Control, Process Documentation, Empowerment, Six Sigma methods, Quality and/or Cost Improvement.
** Experience Level with Business Tools
*** Familiar with business tools such as:  E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
** Education and Experience
*** High School Degree or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience
