* Job Summary:

* Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist I to support our client's lab operations. This position is responsible for the triage and delivery of samples to designated lab areas, ensuring accurate handling, logging, and documentation.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* ** Triage:*
* + Receive and sort all incoming shipments

+ Separate supplies from samples

+ Identify and flag any damaged or unopenable boxes

+ Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

+ Carefully open shipments and ensure sample forms are complete

+ Assign priority numbers to samples per submission form and priority list

** Delivery:*
* + Organize and prepare samples and datapacks for delivery

+ Ensure timely delivery, especially for temperature-sensitive materials

+ Track and document deliveries

+ Deliver items to the appropriate storage location in each lab

** Log In:*
* + Remove samples from shipping boxes and verify against submission forms

+ Handle and package samples as required for testing and prevent damage

+ Split samples and paperwork as needed for various tests

+ Identify discrepancies and follow reporting procedures

+ Attach bar code labels

+ Complete forms and utilize required stamps

** Regulatory Compliance:*
* + Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.)

+ Follow all company policies and procedures

+ Complete all required training on time

** Professionalism:*
* + Maintain reliable attendance

+ Follow all policies and procedures

+ Undertake additional duties as assigned
