Quality Control Clerk

Job Description

We are actively hiring for the position of Quality Control Clerk for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT

Shift: Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor quality requirements following quality assurance policies and client specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and errors
• Prepare items for shipment
• Review proofs for color matching
• Support rework and reprint processes
• Consult with other production personnel to resolve inspection questions
• Work closely with production staff to ensure jobs are on target to meet deadlines
• Oversee large fulfillment orders
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all clean shop procedures

Qualifications

• Printing, digital imaging, and graphics experience helpful
• 1-3 years of successful quality control experience
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fluctuating production environment
• Reliable and Accountable
• Quick Learner
• Ability to organize large projects and set project milestones
• Detail Oriented

Physical Requirements:

The Quality Control position will have the following physical requirements:

· Standing/Walking (at least 75% of shift)

· Lifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb. (at least 50% of shift)

· Bending/Twisting/Squatting (at least 25% of shift)
