Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 12-hour rotating shift, 6:30PM - 6:30AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications.

+ Utilize microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to conduct detailed inspections and evaluations.

+ Complete 10-15 different inspection tasks to ensure product quality and compliance.

+ Support the paper document archival process, including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents for electronic storage.

+ Initiate Non-Conformance reports and support CAPA activities to maintain high-quality standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA or Technical Degree preferred.

+ Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.

+ Effective written and oral communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand instructions.

+ Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus.

+ Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
