This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting real properties. Daily tasks include prospecting clients, scheduling property tours, negotiating contracts, conducting market analyses, and providing excellent customer service. The agent will adhere to industry regulations and ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and professionally.

• A valid Real Estate License is required
• Proven skills in Customer Service to provide support and build strong client relationships
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area is a plus
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and relevant technology is beneficial
