We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales agent who can help close our leads and bring in qualified leads from our marketing, systems, and processes, and help close deals and help families and investors. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing home buyers' and sellers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

- Turn prospective home buyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale.
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and care.
- Leverage our marketing systems to generate and nurture qualified leads, driving them through the sales funnel with strategic follow‑ups.
- Conduct thorough assessments of home buyers’ and sellers’ needs, providing tailored advice and solutions to facilitate successful transactions.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments, using this knowledge to offer clients insightful guidance and advice.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Coordinate and manage property showings, ensuring each experience is seamless and informative for potential buyers and sellers.
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
