• Perform various support tasks in the Leffler Lab to assist the scientific research team with data analysis, tests, and experiments.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
• Gather and record research data and keep detailed logs of experiments.
• Conduct literature reviews to obtain abstracts and information for research use.
• Make statistical calculations, analyze data, and prepare reports summarizing results.
• Assist with receipt and inspection of materials, maintaining the website, and ordering and stocking of materials.
• Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision (entry-level support).

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Entry-level position; requires little to no related experience.
• EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (e.g., bachelor’s degree = 4 years of related experience).
• Department may hire at Research Technician, I level with similar requirements.
