The University of Utah is seeking a technically skilled researcher to perform microinjection of RNA and DNA into zebrafish embryos as part of characterizing a tumor model of childhood CNS cancer. You will screen fish for tumor formation and carry out qPCR, Western analysis, and immunohistochemistry on tumor samples.
Depending on qualifications, you will be trained in gene cloning, preparing DNA/RNA probes, and basic bioinformatics.
