Weekends and holidays are a must. Must be over 21 and be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write.)

• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work
• To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor
• Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests
• Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment
• Provide exceptional service
• Full knowledge of F&B menus and offerings

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds).
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts.
