SummaryUnder the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise‑en‑place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet.
Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
Take orders and serve food and beverages.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Practice economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible).
Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition.
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries.
Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages.
Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary.
QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Able to work independently.
Pleasant, service‑oriented and outgoing personality.
Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
